I'm a few weeks into practicing my new daily schedule I created for myself. This is something I put together to ensure that each day is as productive as possible. However, since I don't actually start doign work until 11:30 A.M. I created a morning routine that helps set my day up for success.
The more I get into the habit of including these five items the happier I’m feeling, and the more energy I have during the day. Although some of these work for me, they might not work the best in your schedule (although the water one is necessary).
