Welcome to my very first post of a new blog series, “Weekly Wrap Up”. I thought that it’d be a fun way to share with you some highlights from my week, and show that life isn’t all business! Although, last week was pretty much all business with the exception of our drive to Florida on Wednesday.
This last week was a busy one. Late the previous week, I launched my first product Atomz, and I spent some time over the week preparing the first orders to mail out. I have to say, it was pretty exciting to see everything come together after months of working my ass off to launch.
I really didn’t know how everything was going to go, but I’d say I had a successful launch. I loved seeing everyones excitement for the product. Although I wish I was selling them on Amazon, I’m feeling confident about selling through my inventory.
In the midst of launching Atomz, I opened up pre-orders for my second product the Best Year Planner. To learn more about the Best Year Planner you can read about it here.
I’m most excited about the planner because I’ve put hours of work into designing it. (All 350 pages of it). I’m also very excited to see how people use their planners, and hope it helps them as much as it’s helped me conquer life.

I’m feeling REALLY good about where things are going. I think I’ve recently been able to pinpoint where things started going right, and I plan on writing a post about that soon. I’ve felt fearless recently , and it’s pushing me to do things I only imagined doing.
A few months ago I would have been scared as hell about launching these products. I would have been constantly overthinking everything to the point where I would have given too many shits about what people would think. I’ve become so hyper focused on growing my businesses that I have had no time to think about anything else. I find myself focusing on executing my ideas so much that I’ve developed tunnel vision on my goals.
I can’t recall ever feeling this way before. This is what’s giving me so much hope that this next year is going to be life changing. Even more so than this past year has been.
I wrapped up the week by shooting a wedding on Saturday. This was no ordinary wedding…I had the opportunity to photograph my friend Sarah’s wedding in Alabama. Sarah and I met nearly 20 years ago when our families lived in Saudi Arabia. Over the years we kept in touch, and when she got engaged to Steven last year she reached out to me asking if I’d photograph her wedding.
The wedding was going to take place in Alabama, and it worked out perfectly since my parents lived an hour and a half away. I could take a week trip to visit and my parents, and photograph her wedding!
We had such a blast on Saturday. Despite a little rain throughout the day everything was absolutely perfect. It made me so happy to see Sarah so happy, and I’m so excited for her and Steven!
